All our furniture items are bespoke and custom-made to order. The turnaround time is 2-4 weeks for furniture and 1-3 weeks for mirrors, commencing from the receipt of your order and payment. We provide these time frames to ensure meticulous production and to prevent any errors with your orders. While we strive to deliver as early as possible and you may receive it earlier. Please note that delivery rates will apply and differ for outskirt locations.

What is the exchange and return policy?
At Fiam Home, every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to order, tailored specifically to your space and preferences.
As a result, all orders are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

If you notice any manufacturing defect, please notify us within 2-3 days of delivery.

Upon review, our team will then arrange a repair or replace the affected component where necessary based on assessment.
Normal wear and tear from use is not covered. Concerns arising over time will not be considered; however, we are happy to assist with repairs where possible, which will be chargeable.
Clients are advised to carefully review all dimensions and access points prior to order confirmation, as we are not responsible for items that cannot be accommodated through doorways or entry spaces.
While we are here to guide and assist you throughout the process, all custom specifications including dimensions, materials, and finishes must be reviewed and confirmed by the client before production begins.
While refunds are not offered, our priority is to ensure you receive a piece you love, and our team is always available to assist with suitable solutions where possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations. As each item is made to order and materials are procured immediately. We encourage you to verify all dimensions and specifications to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.
To avoid any discrepancies regarding fabric colors, please request sample swatches in advance.
My product arrived damaged, what can I do?
If you believe the products you received are damaged, please take photographs immediately and share them with our team via WhatsApp or email. If any issue is noticed at the time of delivery, you may request that the product be returned with our team so we can repair or replace it promptly.
Any manufacturing defects reported will be addressed and rectified immediately to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please note that we can only accept responsibility for damages reported within 5 days of delivery, and cannot be held liable for damages reported after this period.
